The Camillus Ravenous Tomahawk Ratchet has a 2.75" 420 Stainless steel blade with a Glass filled Nylon Handle. 420 steel is a hard, strong blade steel. This stainless steel is commonly used in knife blades, and offers good corrosion resistance at a low cost. Decent edge holding capabilities and fairly easy to resharpen, this steel is a good balance of the most desirable traits for knife steel. Glass filled nylon handles include polypropylene, ABS and other substrates in order to provide strong and rigid handles. Included is a Ballistic Nylon sheath which is a thick, tough, synthetic nylon fabric that protects against debris and other foreign materials.
